Nature of the Website

This private reference site directs visitors to Henry County and Iowa public-record resources and may connect them with independent research tools. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, resolve a warrant, correct an agency record, or file a document with a government office.

Acceptable Use Rules

Use must remain lawful and must not interfere with this site, its providers, or another person.

• Do not violate a local, state, federal, or other applicable law.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm another person.
• Do not make employment, housing, lending, credit, or insurance decisions from site content.

FCRA Uses Are Prohibited

Henry County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and does not provide consumer reports, background checks, or credit reports. The site and its advertising partners do not offer screening services. A visitor agrees not to use any information for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision
• Rental, housing, or tenant-screening decisions
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing
• Licensing, permits, or eligibility for a government benefit
• Any other purpose governed by the FCRA

Independent Links and Services

Links may lead to jail rosters, sheriff pages, Iowa court and corrections systems, federal locators, legal resources, local news, and third-party search services. They are provided for convenience, not endorsement. Each outside operator controls its own content, privacy practices, terms, pricing, and availability.

Provided As Is

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. No guarantee is made that:

• Information is accurate, complete, or current
• Access will be continuous or uninterrupted
• The site will be free of errors, defects, or security vulnerabilities

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from Henry County, an Iowa court, or another government body.

Iowa Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Iowa. Nothing here changes rights of access to government records under Iowa Code chapter 22; those rights and requests concern the public custodian, not this private site.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable where law allows.
